What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The user's data is stored only locally on their device, unless the user chooses to automatically back up their data to our servers. These backups are encrypted in a such a way that no one, except the user, can read the data. 

 

Users can also export their data, and share it using methods including (but not limited to): Google Drive backup, Apple Cloud backup, emailing or sending over text. These backups are stored in the user's private cloud space/device and we can't access them.

 

The Application obtains a user's email address when requesting support via email, or when creating an account. No personally identifying data is collected/share from the user's device, with the exception of their email address.

Analytics

The application does collect crash reporting data and some usage data that are essential for us to deliver our services, to understand your needs and to improve our services. For example, the application collects how much time users spent on certain screens or which features are popular. The analytics services automatically collect certain information that does not personally identify our end users who access or use our mobile applications. This information includes but is not limited to device state information, unique device identifiers, installation UUID, device hardware and OS information, information relating to how application functions or anonymized IP addresses.
